Hourly fee – Every additional hour of overtime is charged according to the ranges
and rates – as long as the next block isn’t reserved.
We like to provide you with a well-kept surrounding and so 300 CZK for the
cleaning and upkeep of the studio are always added to the price of the rent.

No matter what the range, the first 20 minutes during the handing over of the studio
is not charged, just as the last 20 minutes is not counted during the return of
the studio.
