Terms for the rental of the studio and photo equipment:
- 1. The lessee must be least 18 years of age.
- 2. The equipment is provided pre-tested and undamaged.
- 3. The lessee must provide 2 pieces of identification, or their membership card
and 1 piece of identification.
- 4. The lessee is in agreement that smoking is not allowed throughout the entire
studio.
- 5. All equipment is checked upon being returned. This inspection takes approximately
30 minutes.
- 6. The lessee is required to return all equipment clean and the studio tidy (trash
placed in the bin, dishes in the sink)
- 7. 1-day lease of equipment is understood as 24 consecutive hours.
- 8. The price of lease does not include the use of paper backgrounds. The cost of
which is 250 CZK (without VAT) per meter.
- 9. The lessee is obliged to adhere to the end of lease as set in the contract. If
the period of time is exceeded, the lessor will charge the lessee 1500 Kc for every
extra hour.
- 10. Included in the cost of leasing lights are modelling lights and the devaluation
(cracking, breaking) of one bulb. Only in the case where the lessee devalues more
than one bulb, is the lesee required to reimburse the full cost of the additional
bulb.
- 11. The lessee is required to use the equipment and studio only for the purposes
for which they serve, and is responsible for their damage or loss. The lessee agrees
that no non-standard operations will take place (use of smoke effects, greater amounts
of water, use of an open fire, the fixing of items to walls or ceilings, the movement
of furniture in the studio). For exceptions it is necessary to consult the lessor.
- 12. If any damage or loss of leased equipment occurs, the lessee is required to
fully reimburse for the damages incurred. During the return of damaged equipment,
the lesee will immediately reimburse the lessor with the deposit for its required
repair, which the lessor will state according to the expected cost. The repair will
be done by a specialized service, after which the lessee will be charged for the
actual price of repair.
- 13. The lessee is not authorized to lease the equipment to a third person.
- 14. If the lessee returns the equipment after the agreed date in this contract,
they are required to reimburse the cost until the equipment is returned. If the
lessee takes longer than 3 days to return the equipment, they will be required to
pay an extra 500 CZK for each additional day on top of the cost of leasing the equipment.
- 15. The fee for the lease of equipment and studio is paid immediately during the
issuing of equipment to the lessor in cash according to the invoice.
- 16. In the event of a breach in the above mentioned conditions the lessor will demand
the lessee to return all equipment within a period of one day. The failure of this
duty grants the lessor grounds for receiving a contract fine corresponding to the
purchase cost of the equipment. The payment the contract fine does not effect the
lessor’s right to receive all equipment and any entitled fees for the replacement
of damages.
