This structure is built by the nearby center of the city Humpolec on a narrow and
long lot set on a gentle slope with an area of 430 m2 (including the home). The
building is complemented by the height of the surrounding structure. The property
was sold to an investor as a plot of land that was difficult to use. The home has
four floors, with a receding last floor. The built area of the house is 72 m2 (6
x 12 m - outdoor measurements). The layout is set for a 4+1 with a garden and outdoor
stainless steel pool 5 x 2.5 x 1.5 m and a covered area for two cars. The skeleton
of which is made from steel zinc-dipping 6 x 6 x 3 m. The building is overlain by
corten steel 1.4 mm thick. The interior includes carrying structures such as steel
carriers, trapezium metal, and cement blocks. The floors are concrete and wooden.
The entire interior features atypical furniture made from MDF desks and sealed with
white semi-mat color and typical seating from renowned furniture companies.
